【摘要】

目的观察采用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植治疗Ⅲ度烧(创)伤或瘢痕切除创面的疗效。

方法2003年11月至2005年3月用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植修复基底良好的Ⅲ度烧(创)伤或瘢痕切除创面50例。

结果41例(82.0%)植皮完全成活，9例(18.0%)植皮90%以上成活，无一例补植皮，随访3?6个月复合移植皮肤颜色、质地基本接近正常皮肤，功能良好，瘢痕增生轻。

结论J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质可推广应用于修复基底良好的Ⅲ度或瘢痕切除创面的复合移植。

Abstract【Objective】To observe the effectiveness of J-1 acellular dermal matrix allograft with autogenic skin on deep wounds with good wound-bed.【Methods】Fifty cases of patients with deep wounds were trans- planted with J-1 acellular dermal matrix allograft and autogenic skin at the same time from Nov. 2003 to Mar 2005.[Results]Forty one cases achieved complete take(82.0%) and 9 cases got 90 percent take(18%) with none needing grafting again. Three to six months following up showed that skins of complex grafting had well- acceptable color and quality compared to nearby skin.【Conclusion】This kind of acellular dermal matrix al- lograft can be widely used on deep wounds with good wound bed as complex graft.
