【摘要】

目的 探讨脱细胞同种异体真皮基质在乳突根治术中的应用及其意义。

方法 回顾性总结并分析47例 行乳突根治术的患者病历资料，其中26例应用脱细胞同种异体真皮基质(A组),1例未应用任何贴附物(B 组)，对比两组应用不同处理方法的患者术后术腔清理时的差异，随访观察术腔上皮化状态。

结果 A、B两组 在术后术腔清理时存在明显不同，术腔上皮化时间上存在差异性，差异有统计学意义。结论乳突根治术后， 贴附脱细胞同种异体真皮基质术后术腔处理方便，能够促进术腔上皮化，同时与自体取皮相比异体真皮基质的 应用还能使患者免受额外创伤。

Abstract: Objective To study application of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix (allo-ADM) in mastoidotympanec- tomy. Methods The data of 47 cases undergoing mastoidotympanectomy were retrospectively analyzed，in which 26 cases were applied with allo-ADM (group A)，while the other 21 cases with nothing (group B) . The differences of post-operative cleaning of the mastoid cavity and epithelization state of the mastoid cavity were observed. Result There were much differences in postoperative cleaning and epithelization time between the two groups. The difference of epithelization time was significant. Conclusion The application of allo-ADM in radical mastoidectomy can ease the cleaning and promote the epithelization of the mastoid cavity.
